    We have to admit that we hesitated for a while to actually write a review of this place, as we almost wanted to keep it to ourselves. Because the marvelous Seehotel Ambach is one of the absolutely best winery hotels in Trentino-Alto Adige. First of all, the outstanding location in Caldaro couldn’t be any better, and includes the most stunning views over the sea. Secondly, the amazing wine tours offered will undoubtedly leave even the pickiest of travellers happy... And finally, the staff, which really goes above and beyond to make all guest's stay as brilliant as possible. Book now (...or else we will)! Read more

Hotel Le Fontanelle also offered a range of masterpieces wines — complex, earthy, and memorable. Our stunning suite had Tuscan character with luxurious touches, creating a home away frome home in Italy

Mornings began with slow breakfasts overlooking the gardens, followed by wine tastings featuring local Barbera and Nebbiolo. The spa, set in the monastery’s old cellars, offered a peaceful escape with its thermal pool and herbal steam baths.
