What makes it so special is the simplicity done right-elegant yet relaxed rooms, sweeping views over the Colli Bolognesi, and food that celebrates the land it comes from. Days here were spent walking through the vines, tasting local Pignoletto and Barbera, and enjoying long, leisurely meals on the terrace. It’s the kind of place that feels quietly exceptional, where every detail reflects care and authenticity. We didn’t want to leave.
