Sella&Mosca Casa Villamarina

A remarkable winery stay among Sardinia’s historic vines

From $ 111 / night Book now

Sardinia’s wine scene is often overshadowed by its beaches, but for those in the know, the island’s vineyards are just as alluring. Staying at a winery here means immersing yourself in a landscape where ancient grape varieties meet sea-kissed breezes - and Sella & Mosca Casa Villamarina is one of the finest examples.

Part of one of Sardinia’s most historic wineries it offers an intimate stay right at the heart of the estate. You’re surrounded by endless rows of vines, the scent of the Mediterranean maquis drifting through the air. Days here revolve around wine: private tastings of Sella & Mosca’s iconic Vermentino and Cannonau, cellar tours steeped in over a century of history, and sunset walks among the vines.

The villa itself blends understated elegance with a warm, rural feel-spacious rooms, generous terraces, and views that remind you exactly why Sardinia’s wines taste the way they do. It’s a stay that pairs the island’s natural beauty with its most celebrated bottles.
