Set in Chacras de Coria, among century-old Malbec vines, the finca combines gardens, vines, a small winery and an intimate guest experience that feels deeply connected to Mendoza’s wine culture.

The rooms are few, the pace is slow, and the mood is wonderfully personal. Guests can walk among the vines, relax by the pool, enjoy the winery lounge, and join wine-focused meals where fire-cooking, empanadas, steak and estate wines become part of the daily rhythm. The property describes itself as a family place with nearly five acres of gardens and vineyards, rather than a conventional hotel built around a marketing concept.

What makes it especially memorable is the Malbec story. Older information from the hotel notes vines planted in 1916 and small-batch production of Finca Adalgisa Malbec made on the property, originally reserved for hotel guests. Add the shaded patios, old furniture, Italian-family heritage and quiet Chacras de Coria setting, and this becomes one of Mendoza’s most soulful wine stays.
