We were immediately sold on the name alone:
Finca Boutique Un Buen Año - “a good year” - is exactly what you want a vineyard hotel to promise. Out in Eugenio Bustos in the Uco Valley, the property combines a vineyard and attached winery with a much more intimate hotel mood than the bigger Mendoza names. It is close to serious neighbours too, including Zuccardi Piedra Infinita and Alfa Crux, which tells you the wine address is no accident.
What makes it especially appealing is that it sounds built for lingering. Vineyard views, an outdoor pool, grilling areas and that feeling of being in the middle of one of South America’s most talked-about wine regions without needing a huge resort around you.
