After reading so many great reviews about vineyard stays in Mendoza, we were very eager to try the Agrelo Vines Lodge. And how it delivered! Set amid endless vine rows with the Andes as your backdrop, this boutique retreat includes just four modern mini‑villas. Our had a fantastic, private terrace, fireplace, and heated floors.

Days here begun with generous continental breakfasts - think local pastries and fresh fruit delivered to your suite. And then, with free-flowing wine or champagne in-room, it was pretty easy to unwind by the seasonal pool.

The hotel is perfectly positioned for wine‑trail adventures - you can stroll to nearby Susana Balbo and Chandon vineyards, then return to a personalised, attentive service that we rarely find anywhere else.
