Valencia 2 Best Wine Hotels

Set in the countryside of Requena, VILASIRA is a boutique estate where modern hospitality meets the long winemaking heritage of Valencia’s high-altitude vineyards. The property focuses on small-batch, characterful wines shaped by the region’s cool nights and Mediterranean light. A stay here feels immediately personal. The adults-only rooms and suites are warm and thoughtfully designed, some opening directly onto patios where you can unwind with a glass of their Bobal or Macabeo... Guests can wander the estate, enjoy the pool, or use VILASIRA as a base to explore Requena’s wine country and historic caves. In summary; wine, comfort and a rural atmosphere – all in a place that feels as genuine as it is welcoming. Read more

We particularly love that wine isn’t an added activity here – it is the whole reason the hotel exists. Read more
