A working winery, a peaceful countryside setting in Castilla–La Mancha, and a hotel built around the culture of wine - pretty much everything we look for in a vineyard stay. Set on a broad estate surrounded by rows of Tempranillo and other native grapes, the property gives you front-row views of the winemaking process... You can tour the winery, explore the barrel rooms, and taste your way through their selection. During our stay in one of the 25 modern and comfortable rooms, we loved starting the day with relaxed breakfasts before wandering the vineyard paths.
