The first thing that caught our eye at Hotel & Winery Señorío de Nevada was the view: vineyards stretching out below the snow-capped Sierra Nevada. It’s hard to imagine a better setting for a boutique hotel and working winery. Our room blended modern design with warmth, and the floor-to-ceiling windows made the landscape feel like part of the décor... Breakfasts on the terrace were a highlight, while evenings revolved around tastings of the estate’s wines paired with creative Andalusian cuisine.
