This is a newly built stay on a working winery estate near Vipava, with modern apartments looking out over the vines and a wine experience equally as good as the views. The building itself dates from 2023, so the whole place reads more crisp and contemporary than rustic or nostalgic.
What we like most is that it sounds very straightforward in the best way: beautiful winery, spacious apartments, proper tasting, and enough distance from the crowds to make the valley feel genuinely peaceful. In a region known for serious white wines, bora winds and a slightly under-the-radar charm, that is a strong formula.
