Villa Svetoni Wine Resort is the kind of Tuscan fantasy that actually delivers. Set in the hills of Montepulciano, surrounded by Sangiovese vineyards, the estate has been producing wine since 1865. Today it folds that history into a small, elegant resort with just twelve rooms, a spa, pool, winery and its own restaurant. Guests can tour the cellar, taste the estate’s wines and olive oil, and get a proper introduction to the terroir of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano before heading back to rooms that open onto gardens, vines and that soft golden Tuscan light.
