Our stay in this charming farmhouse was like living in a postcard where ancient stone walls enveloped us as we strolled past vine rows and olive groves.
The vineyard itself, sprawling 1,500-acres, is quietly impressive, producing Chianti Classico, barrel-aged Riserva, and even Vin Santo, all made with meticulous craftsmanship. We joined a tasting in the rustic cellar and left with a newfound appreciation for Tuscany’s traditional methods. In addition, the hotel also offers two pools, cooking classes, bike rides through the countryside, and an exceptional on-site restaurant.
