Weinromantikhotel Richtershof on our list - and when we finally made it, it truly delivered on every wine-loving promise. Set in the heart of the Mosel Valley, surrounded by steep vineyard slopes and Riesling vines, the hotel blends historical charm with modern comfort. The building itself is a beautifully restored 17th-century manor, with romantic corners, garden terraces, and that unmistakable vineyard atmosphere.
What we loved most? The wine experiences. From tastings in the vaulted Forum Vinum cellar to expert-led pairings at dinner, everything was centered around showcasing the Mosel’s expressive whites and delicate reds. We have started planning our next visit.
