Sleeping among almost 1,000 years of wine history is a pretty special way to experience the Moselle. Abtei - wohnen auf einem historischen Weingut is set at the historic Klosterhof Siebenborn, home to the family-run Weingut Arthur Melsheimer. The estate has been connected with wine since the 12th century and today focuses on organic production. Guests can join tastings and explore the remarkable 850-year-old wine cellar. We especially like the combination of a spacious apartment, beautiful old buildings and a winery that still feels very much alive.
