We stayed for two nights and were captivated by the castle’s atmosphere-ornate ceilings, sweeping staircases, and rooms that felt both luxurious and deeply rooted in heritage. The hotel's extensive wine list showcased the best of the Mosel, and tastings at nearby estates were just a short drive or bike ride away.
Dinner in the hotel’s restaurant was also a standout, with seasonal dishes perfectly paired with local Rieslings. Schloss Lieser isn’t just a place to stay - it’s a destination where architecture, hospitality, and wine culture come together at its very best.
