And the super charming Chubini Winery & Cabins is one of our favourite winery accommodations in the area. Set in the village of Shilda, it’s family-run, with modern cabins looking out over vineyards and the Caucasus mountains. The rooms (sorry... cabins!..) come with air-con, private bathrooms, balconies, and Wi-Fi, but the real magic is outside. Garden dinners, firepit evenings, and wine tastings in the cellar where the wine is actually made.
