Set in the village of Shilda, it’s family-run, with modern cabins looking out over vineyards and the Caucasus mountains. The rooms (sorry... cabins!) come with air-con, private bathrooms, balconies, and Wi-Fi, but the real magic is outside... Garden dinners, firepit evenings, and wine tastings in the cellar where the wine is actually made. As a guest you will love the warmth of the hosts, the homemade wine, and the feeling that you’re less at a hotel and more at someone’s countryside home - complete with cats, dogs, and big skies. Some even with sweeping vineyard views (book one of these if you get the chance!). But what really sets it apart? For a place called “Castle & Cellar,” you’d expect quite a lot - and yes, it delivers... The property includes a working winery, so your morning stroll could take you from the terrace into tasting local pours with the vineyards as a backdrop. Add a seasonal outdoor pool with a bar, a cozy lobby with a fireplace, garden lounges, and a restaurant serving local and European fare - and this isn’t just a ordinary stay, it’s an experience. Besides the amazing facilities you'll also love their super comfy beds and a service that feel genuinely thoughtful.
