The property sits in Perdriel, at the foot of the Andes, and builds the whole experience around century-old vineyards, tastings in a historic villa and private lodges looking directly over the vines toward the mountains. It is one of those places where the phrase “wine and hospitality at the foot of the Andes” sounds suspiciously like an understatement.
A fun detail we really like is that the vineyards here are a century old, which gives the project more gravitas than the average shiny boutique newcomer. The lodges themselves are modern, but the wine story underneath them is not. That contrast - old vines, fresh design, serious scenery - is what makes the whole thing stick in your mind.
