Unlike the barn conversions or the shepherd’s hut, this is a luxury studio built around one killer feature: a glass gable that floods the room with light and frames uninterrupted views across the vineyard and the South Downs. It is hard to overstate how much that window is doing, and we mean that as a compliment.
The rest is cleverly judged: king-size bed, roll-top bath, walk-in shower, full kitchen and even a wine cooler for easy evenings in. Best for couples who want the Otium vineyard story, but with a little more boutique-studio style and a little less cottage cosiness.
