Instead of cottage cosiness, this one goes full shepherd’s-hut fantasy: wood-fired hot tub, wood burner, and open skies and vines all around. It sits among Otium’s young vineyard blocks in that same quiet South Downs corner, so even though the estate’s sparkling wines are still maturing toward their first 2026 release, the wine-country mood is already very much in place.
What makes it special is the simplicity. It is designed for slow evenings, big views and that deliciously dangerous phrase, “just one more glass.” Best for couples, celebrations and anyone who wants their vineyard stay to feel private, tiny and wildly romantic.
