Vingården i Arild proves that a great wine escape does not need southern Europe to feel seductive. On the south-facing slopes of Kullaberg, this Swedish vineyard stay blends a 37-room hotel, seasonal glamping and a restaurant, all wrapped in a landscape known for food, craft and coastal beauty.
The wine story started here when the estate planted its first vines in 2007. Since then it has grew from harvests into hospitality, now offering vineyard weekends with tours, tank tastings and dinners paired with its own wines. We believe there is something especially memorable about discovering serious sparkling and still wines in a place many travellers still do not expect to find a vineyard at all.
We really recommend you to stay a night (or more) to make the whole visit more sense: breakfast on-site, a table kept for guests in the restaurant, and the option of sleeping among the vines in glamping season. It is fresh, surprising, and exactly the sort of place that makes us eager to click the “book now” button.
