The property grows four varietals - Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Grenache, and Manto Negro - and private tastings include local cheese, olives, and organically grown wine.
Between dips in the saltwater pool and evening pours in the intimate tasting room, staying here didn’t feel like a vacation - it felt like being adopted into a wine epiphany club.
