Intimate, family-run, and proudly hands-on, it offers guests the rare chance to stay right where the wines are crafted.

The guesthouse is elegant yet unpretentious, with spacious rooms overlooking the vineyards and Helderberg mountains. Some feature private balconies, perfect for sipping a glass as the sun sets over Stellenbosch. Mornings begin with a generous farm-style breakfast, while days unfold with tastings of Lovane’s own boutique wines in the cellar.

The estate’s focus is on quality over quantity, and that philosophy carries into the guest experience – personal, warm, and refreshingly low-key. A superb base for exploring the Cape Winelands.
