We had the chance to visit the amazing
Xaroma hotel during a short stay in Valle de Guadalupe, and it quickly became one of our favourite discoveries in the region. Tucked away among the vineyards and hills, this small boutique hotel offers a peaceful, design-forward escape that feels both intimate and effortlessly stylish.
The rooms are spacious and modern, with large windows that frame the desert-meets-vineyard landscape-perfect for slow mornings with coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. We loved how the property strikes a balance between simplicity and thoughtful detail, from the warm hospitality to the clean, contemporary aesthetic.
One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant, which surprised us with bold, locally inspired dishes and a fantastic selection of regional wines (many from just down the road). It’s not flashy or overbuilt - just calm, well-crafted, and deeply connected to the land around it. Xaroma felt like a true reflection of what makes the Valle special, and we’d return in a heartbeat.
