During a road trip in the Prosecco Hills near Vidor we found the stunning
Sorapiana. This is where you are sleeping inside Adami’s legendary Vigneto Giardino, one of the most historic sites in Conegliano Valdobbiadene. That alone gives the place serious wine-geek cachet. Adami is one of the region’s benchmark producers, and Sorapiana doubles as both stylish accommodation and the estate’s tasting space, so guests are never far from a glass of Prosecco Superiore.
The setup is intimate - just three rooms - which makes it more insider hideaway than full-scale hotel. Each suite also comes with a half-bottle of Adami Valdobbiadene DOCG, which says a lot about the priorities here. Tastings happen on site, local events are woven in, and the whole place seems designed for people who like their wine trips with fewer crowds and better bottles.
It's not a generic stay in wine country, but a front-row seat to one of Italy’s most iconic sparkling-wine landscapes. We love it!
