Eumelia Organic Agrotourism Farm combines natural wine, organic olive oil, and biodynamic farming into one of the best winery hotels in Greece. With permaculture, geothermal heating, solar water systems and recycled water through root-zone treatment - which is either a sustainability masterclass or a very persuasive reason to stay longer. And we genuinely love how uncompromising it is.
The wine is only part of the story, but it is very much part of it: tastings, grape harvest participation, farm-to-table dinners under the stars, and eco-houses with private gardens and verandas looking onto ancient olive groves and mountains. Lastly, a fun detail: Eumelia has also been recognised by Food & Wine and listed among GEO Saison’s top 100 hotels in Europe. That sounds about right.
