Not long ago, we had the absolute pleasure to stay a couple of nights at Château de Mercuès. A stunning boutique hotel embedded in vineyards and some of the most beautiful landscapes of Midi-Pyrénées. Waking up to the endless vineyard views and sipping exquisite estate wines on our private terrace - was everything we hoped for and more. The 24 rooms are warm and cozy, and the staff treats you like family. So if you crave an authentic, indulgent wine-country experience, this is the place!
