Our room overlooked neat rows of vines stretching toward the horizon, and mornings began with a leisurely breakfast before wandering into the cellar for a tasting of their robust reds... The château still produces its own Cru Bourgeois wines, and hearing the story of each vintage while sipping it just steps from where the grapes grow was a real highlight.
