Moravia Show on mapWine from the Czech Republic may not be widely known yet, but it's full of character - and THAYA vinařství is one of the best places to experience it firsthand. We stayed here during a visit to South Moravia and were genuinely impressed by how thoughtfully everything came together. The hotel sits right among the vines, with sleek, modern architecture that contrasts beautifully with the surrounding countryside. Our room was equally lovely... Spacious and minimalist, with big windows overlooking the vineyards. Another highlight was the on-site restaurant, serving refined local cuisine paired with THAYA’s elegant wines - we especially loved their Pinot Blanc and Grüner Veltliner. With peaceful surroundings, striking design, and a deep connection to the region’s winemaking tradition, it felt like a fresh, inspiring take on the classic wine hotel. We left with a few bottles - and a strong desire to return. Read moreGuest rating: 9.3 (superb)Price from: RUB 12,672 /night

Built in 2017, its corten-steel pavilion perches on a green horizon with large windows that frame vine rows and sweeping hills. Guests choose between a handful of ground-floor rooms-each with private entrances, A/C and minibars stocked with local wines... The winery is equally refined, and the barrel-driven, gravity-flow production happens underground, while tastings unfold upstairs.
