THAYA vinařství is one of the best places to experience it firsthand. We stayed here during a visit to South Moravia and were genuinely impressed by how thoughtfully everything came together.
The hotel sits right among the vines, with sleek, modern architecture that contrasts beautifully with the surrounding countryside. Our room was equally lovely. Spacious and minimalist, with big windows overlooking the vineyards. Another highlight was the on-site restaurant, serving refined local cuisine paired with THAYA’s elegant wines - we especially loved their Pinot Blanc and Grüner Veltliner.
With peaceful surroundings, striking design, and a deep connection to the region’s winemaking tradition, it felt like a fresh, inspiring take on the classic wine hotel. We left with a few bottles - and a strong desire to return.
