La Sirca has been around since 2009, works with hand-harvested fruit, and produces its own wines on an estate designed to feel personal rather than corporate. You can taste, grill, kayak, watch the light change over the vineyard and basically lean all the way into the fantasy of escaping city life for something slower and better looking.
