Seven Generations Winery Hotel & SPA is the kind of place that makes you slow down. Our room was spacious and spotless, with a terrace looking out over endless vineyards-views that paired perfectly with a glass of their own Cabernet or Merlot.
The boutique winery produces excellent blends, and tastings here feel personal, often led by people who’ve been part of the winemaking for years. Meals in the on-site restaurant were hearty, full of local flavor, and always accompanied by estate wines.
It’s not flashy - it’s warm, genuine, and exactly what a Bulgarian vineyard stay should be.
