Zaara Estate Winery Hotel & SPA won us over instantly. Vine-covered slopes, peaceful gardens, and a warm welcome set the tone. Our room was spacious, spotless, and opened onto views worth lingering over.
Days slipped easily between wine tastings - award-winning reds, crisp whites, even a surprisingly good raspberry wine - and slow meals paired with the estate’s own bottles. The small spa, with its indoor pool, sauna, and salt room, was perfect after wandering the vines.
It’s elegant without being pretentious, and the kind of place where you arrive as guests but leave feeling like friends.
