Casa de Uco Vineyards and Wine Resort

An extraordinary adults-only wine stay among the high-altitude vines of Argentina’s Uco Valley

From CLP 713,705 / night Book now

High in Argentina’s Uco Valley, where the Andes rise dramatically behind rows of sun-soaked vines, Casa de Uco Vineyards & Wine Resort offers one of the most immersive wine stays in South America. This is Mendoza, but far from the crowds. Raw, refined, and surrounded by some of the country’s most celebrated terroir.

Set on a 320-hectare estate, the resort blends sleek, modern architecture with vast natural beauty. Each room feels like a front-row seat to the landscape, with floor-to-ceiling windows, earthy tones, and minimalist design that lets the mountains and vineyards do all the talking.

Guests can explore the estate by bike or horseback, take part in wine tastings of high-altitude Malbecs and fresh, mineral-driven whites, or even help harvest grapes and make their own wine! A true Mendoza dream.
