The castle’s restaurant serves hearty local cuisine in stone-vaulted dining rooms, paired effortlessly with wines made on-site. And at the end of the day, you’re invited to visit the cellars and taste the bodega’s own red wines, enjoying the connection between vine, barrel, and glass.
