BRIC Wine & Relax, where a 400-year family tradition meets a much newer, more design-led kind of vineyard stay. The estate grows 36 hectares of organically farmed vineyards in one continuous stretch, and the grapes are processed within an hour of harvest - the sort of detail wine lovers always like to hear.
There are six superior rooms with balconies looking out over the vines and hills, plus a seasonal outdoor pool, an indoor glazed pool and private Finnish/bio or infrared saunas for post-tasting recovery. We also love the warm welcome from the owners, the homemade breakfasts and the fact that so much of what you eat and drink comes straight from the farm itself.
