The name of Nga Pari Vineyard refers to “The Cliffs” along the Ruamāhanga River and the wines are produced in small quantities on a family-owned Wairarapa estate. This is the kind of stay where the vineyard story is not decorative background - it is the whole point. Low-yielding vines, hot summers, cool winters and stony river terraces shape the wines before you have even lifted a glass.

The boutique B&B offers spacious en-suite rooms, garden views, guest areas and access to peaceful lawns, while tastings are available by appointment at the home cellar door.
