We had read so many great reviews about
Castello La Leccia, which meant we had very high expectations before we arrived. And after a couple of days here we must say it delivered an experience even more special than we imagined. Set high in the Chianti hills, this beautiful adults-only (14+) hotel is built in a restored medieval castle. It is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woodland, offering panoramic views at every turn.
What made our stay here so memorable was the perfect balance of history and contemporary comfort. Days here were spent exploring the estate’s organic winery, enjoying tastings of its exceptional Chianti Classico, and feast on regional dishes crafted from local ingredients. From the peaceful gardens to the inviting pool overlooking the vineyards, every detail felt well thought out and we left already dreaming of our return.
