Nashik is the heart of India’s modern wine scene, and Regenta Resort Soma Vine Village Nashik puts you right in the middle of it. The resort sits within a 25-acre vineyard, with lake-facing accommodation, villas and a swimming pool surrounded by the vines.

The wine experience here is wonderfully hands-on. Guided tours follow the journey from vineyard through fermentation and ageing to the finished bottle, followed by tastings of Soma reds, whites, rosés and sparkling wines. There is even an unusual Barrel House inspired by winemaking. For us, this is one of the most complete ways to experience Nashik wine country without ever leaving the estate.
