The best part of staying at
Stella Vineyard is that it lets Kefalonia do two things at once. You get the sea, the cliffside light and the easy island mood, but you also get a proper little slice of agrotourism, with vines right there on the property and the chance to see how the wines come together. The vineyard grows Chardonnay for the white wine, and Cabernet Sauvignon with the Greek variety Mavrodafni for the red, which already makes the setup more interesting than a standard beach-side stay.
