After a long-awaited stay at
Posada Cavieres Wine Farm in Maipú, we can honestly say it exceeded all of our highest expectations. Nestled alongside its own Malbec vineyard and olive groves, the lodge invites to a genuine and unpretentious getaway with full focus on wine.
Here, its seven individually decorated rooms boast vineyard views, memory‑foam beds, minibars, and private patios. Our room was even set right on the vines! Breakfast arrived daily with regional produce and pastries, while dinners were enjoyed at the on‑site restaurant.
We also loved lounging by the pool with a glass (or two...) of their Cavieres Malbec, biking to nearby bodegas, and lastly - the warm, multilingual hospitality from owners Hans and Alina. We can't wait to return.
